Making requests for accessibility
Everyone has the right to apply to the Sybir Memorial Museum, hereinafter referred to as the “Museum”, with a request to ensure digital accessibility on the terms set out in the law by submitting an appropriate application, which should include:
- name and surname of the applicant
- contact details of the applicant
- indication of the website or element of the website or mobile application or element of the Museum’s mobile application that are to be available digitally
- indication of the method of contact with the applicant
- an indication of the preferred accessibility method, if applicable

The Sybir Memorial Museum, Węglowa 1, 15-121 Białystok
The functional structure of the entire complex of the Sybir Memorial Museum in Białystok was built on the main building.
Access to all floors is possible thanks to passenger lifts with a cabin adapted to transport wheelchairs.
Toilets for the disabled are located on all floors accessible to visitors.
In front of the building there are designated parking spaces for disabled guests.
The building and all its exhibition rooms are open to the public with assistance and guide dogs.
